The first factor is the bag dimensions. Paper sacks come in different sizes and capacities and can be customized to suit the customer's needs. A large bag needs more materials, which can increase the cost. Likewise, smaller bags require less material and may cost less.
Second, the material of the bag is important. As Türk Kraft, we can produce bags from brown kraft and white kraft paper. White kraft paper can have a higher cost because the bleaching process is an extra step and requires more energy and resources. For this reason, white kraft paper sacks can often be slightly more expensive than brown kraft paper sacks.
Third, bag design and features can affect the price. Valve bags are equipped with a specially designed valve for fast filling and this feature can increase the cost. Also, bags made of single-ply paper can be more cost-effective than bags made of double-ply or 3-ply paper.
